The growing movement towards veganism/plant based foods means more people than ever, are choosing this lifestyle. There is still great difficulty in most restaurants, for plant based food lovers to get the nourishment they would like to have when dining out. If it where compulsory for an eating establishment to provide at least one vegan option, not only would the restaurant have more clients, it would be providing for the rapidly growing plant based/vegan community.
