Stop demanding the names of disabled tenants who live in the suburbs of Cleveland.

It is a fair housing violation to demand Emerald Development and Economic Network (EDEN) to release the names or addresses of their tenants to the suburban communities of Greater Cleveland.  EDEN serves a disabled population of mentally ill, AIDS/HIV positive tenants, and those struggling with an addiction by paying their rent or managing their building.  The suburbs do not need the location of disabled people residing in their community.  The risk of these tenants being targeted for hate crimes or their private landlords being harassed for renting to disabled people is too great.
