For nearly a year, the Board has attempted to pass a set of unanimously-opposed regulations that would make it nearly impossible to get this treatment back.

And for nearly a year, firefighters have held the line by speaking up at these meetings.

But March 26 is the last one.

We know we’ve said that before —

for months, board members have claimed that the “next meeting” will be the final vote— but we have reason to actually believe them this time.

We think they’re trying to wear us down. They want to pass these regulations without anyone paying attention.

We won’t let that happen.
