Heartbreaking! Officer Ruiz Was Blocked From Saving His Teacher Wife Who Called Him & Lay Dying

This is one of the most disgusting, heartbreaking things I have ever seen in my life!  An officer trained in SWAT & active shooter training is not only stopped from entering the classroom & confronting the gunman in order to save his wife, but his gun is removed from him to render him powerless to try to help her!
