So, Havelock Family. It's been a long an arduous process with very little reward and great personal cost. I will, of course, leave this petition open for anyone in the future who feels victimized by this administrator, but I want to begin to focus my advocacy on corruption as a whole wherever we may find it.
My next steps on this, I am going to send the petition to anyone who can hold any sway regarding this issue. Your names will go up in a master document for review by legislators, (even you," Ben Dover") and from there it will be largely out of my hands.
Gag orders or threats of content prevented the proliferation of evidence depicting the lies. If officials higher up ask for them, they may come back up. I doubt any of the reporters will chose to publish their stories on this case since it was told to me that the district attorney actively suppressed them along with any potential charges to the principal in question.
My next steps in general, I will dedicate more focus on writing my book and furthering my education but know, I am here for you. We all went through a nightmare and every year; more kids are subjected to it. Every few months a new 6th grader discovers this petition and has their own story about how they were victimized, bullied, and silenced. Whether to speak out of not is a very personal decision because the retaliation from this school's administration will be ruthless and brutal.
Take care of yourselves my babes and have a good school experience.
