Permit fees to rebuild fire ravaged Pacific Palisades and Alta Dena were supposed to be waived, apparently they are being suspended, not waived, that's assuming one was not forced to pay the permit fee up front and then hope for a refund. https://www.facebook.com/reel/733717722365624
