It’s been a few months since we launched this petition, and I want to thank each of you for your incredible support. With over 300 signatures, we’ve shown Walmart and the Spark Driver community that drivers deserve fair treatment when it comes to tips.

But our fight isn’t over. The 24-hour tip adjustment policy still creates uncertainty for drivers who rely on tips to make a fair wage.

Here’s What We’re Fighting For:

1️⃣ Reduce the tip adjustment window from 24 hours to 1 hour.

2️⃣ Require valid reasons for tip adjustments or removals.

3️⃣ Ensure transparency in every tip adjustment.
