2019 when I fled the state of Michigan, I went to Pennsylvania. A bench warrant was issued because I missed the next court date. A civil bench warrant that was not legitimate and could not apply to me, the plaintiff.  I went before the Court to address the kidnapping of my toddler the prior day, September 1st, and was thrown in prison based on the illegitimate civil bench warrant Conlin issued. 

-I spent nearly a month in prison. 

-By God's Grace, an Angel Court Appointed Attorney researched my case and got me out of prison to go and fight for my son. 

-November 19th 2021: Attorney Jeff Perlman appeared in court. Conlin turned his chair around after telling us "I'm not going to entertain custody. You're lucky you're not in prison for kidnapping." Jeff was dismissed. 

My bench warrant was not lifted that day. 

-Jeff Perlman entered another request to lift my bench warrant December 2nd. 

Conlin has refused to lift it.
