First and foremost thank you to everyone that took the time to sign the petition. I hate that we have to fight to keep this man behind bars for what he did.
Gary had his parole hearing in July and the decision was delayed until the August meeting because while they agreed he was going to be denied there were some questions as to how many more years this would be continued until the next hearing.
While 10 years is the top continuance until the next parole hearing I feared we would not get that again this time around and I was correct. His parole was denied and continued for 5 years.
Which means in five short years we will have to fight again to keep him where he belongs. We will continue as a family to fight on my mothers behalf to keep him there as long as we can.
Again thank you, we are very thankful the parole board heard all of us loud and clear and he will not be getting out this time around.
