I started this petition on Nov 13, 2025. My last update here was Dec 4, when we hit 1,700. Since then you all more than doubled it, with no new update from me. That is on me, and I am fixing it now.

 

We have 40 days left until Dec 11. That is the ban date. After that, the hemp industry as we know it is gone unless Congress acts.

 

I just read all 142 comments on this petition. Every one of them. Veterans using hemp for PTSD and chronic pain instead of VA opioids. Seniors using it to sleep. People with cancer, Crohn's, MS, and seizures who say this is the only thing that works. Parents. Teachers. Small shop owners who already lost businesses. People getting off alcohol and getting off prescription pain meds.

 

This is not about getting high. This is about medicine, jobs, and freedom to choose what works for your own body.
