"Launched an exciting new €20 million fund today to help reform our health service and support good, innovative ideas! Spread the word! Let’s make Slaintecare a reality!"

He mentions those who are involved in the health service or those who are involved on the community organisations delivering healthcare to, "give us your ideas. How can you help with chronic disease management, use new digital ideas to help us reform our health services and reduce waiting lists".... and etc.

Please get talking anyone you know in this area, or contact organisations such as Chronic Pain Ireland, Fibro Ireland, Arthritis Ireland and etc and contribute your ideas and opinions, especially the ones stated in this petition.

The Sláintecare Integration Fund is seeking submissions with a focus on prevention, community
care and integration of care across all health and social care settings.

Applications are invited for projects that will;
• Promote the engagement and empowerment of citizens in the care of their own health
• Scale and share examples of best practice and processes for chronic disease management
and care of older people
