Article 18 of the FIA statutes permits any FIA member or employee to raise a complaint to the FIA Ethics Committee due to the compromised integrity of the #AD2021 classification and 2021 WDC as a result of the ruling on 29/01/24 by ICA contradicting the definition of 'overring authority' used by the AD21 stewards to dismiss a the valid MercAMG post race appeal.
