Somos la comunidad de JUEGO DE TRONOS LCG 2.0 y jugadores de lcg´s de CHILE. Devir es el distribuidor exclusivo oficial de este juego y de todos los lcg´s en Chile. Es a ellos a quién va dirigida esta petición, así como también a FFG (fabricante del juego) y Asmodee (Dueño de FFG).

El problema radica en que Devir no trae los productos (expansiones nuevas) a tiempo. Cuando una expansión es lanzada a nivel mundial, Devir tarda entre uno y dos meses en traerla a Chile y cuando llega, llega en cantidades absurdas que no alcanzan para todos los jugadores de la comunidad en Santiago y regiones. Sabemos de infinitos casos de incumplimiento de pedidos en que por ejemplo una tienda pide 10 cajas básicas y Devir sólo les entrega UNA unidad o una tienda pide 16 expansiones en total, Devir sólo les vende 4.

De esta manera es imposible hacer crecer la comunidad a cabalidad y es por esto que necesitamos que Devir se comprometa a traer mayor stock, que mantengan un stock de los productos anteriores y que traiga a tiempo y en cantidades suficientes las expansiones nuevas que sean lanzadas. En caso de no haber compromiso de Devir, por favor pedimos a FFG y ASMODEE su apoyo en esta petición y que consideren permitir un nuevo distribuidor de LCG para Chile. Hay muchos interesados en Chile en invertir con tal de lograr que los LCG sean una realidad mayor en nuestro país.

IN ENGLISH:

We are the community of GAME OF THRONES LCG 2.0 in Chile plus the players of all the others lcg´s in our country. Devir is the official and exclusive distributor of this games in Chile, and that is the problem.

Devir does not bring the products of the game in time, damaging the competitive game and frustrating players (especially out of Santiago). When a new expansion is released worldwide, devir takes between one and two month to have it for us, and when they do it is never enough quantity of units to reach all the players of the community in Santiago and other regions of the country. For example; some stores order 10 units of core sets and devir only gives them one unit. What can a store do with only one copy of the most essential box of the game?, nothing. In other places a store ordered 16 expansions in total and devir only sold them 4 units in total. 

This is why we cant grow bigger as we wanted to as a community. Devir simply does not support the game as que stores and players are asking to.

We want Devir to compromise to bring more stock, to maintain stock of all the previous expansiones and to bring on time, and in right amount, the new expansions being released. 

We ask FFG and ASMODEE to support this pledge or at least to allow a new distributor for our country.
