FFA have responded - girls still to wear boys Socceroos jersey

Hi All Thank you signing the petition. FFA have today responded to the petition which is great. FFA state that the Matildas jersey is available and I agree it is - the problem however is it only comes in ladies sizes. An aspiring Matilda could never wear it. The petition is calling for childrens size Matildas jerseys. The only jersey available for children is the Socceroos jersey. FFA state that the female team are Socceroos as well. If you check the attached link, you will find the Female Socceroos team last played in 1995. From 1995 they became known as Matildas. As its been over 20 years, we are simply asking FFA to cater for aspiring Matildas rather than expecting girls to accept second best and wear a jersey that holds little interest to them. We've had over 200 petitioners. Could I ask you to please share the petition.
