Hi Denise,
Hope you are well.
We were sorry to read that you did not feel that the toilets provided were of a good standard.
Officers from Environmental Health at Laois County Council confirmed they were happy with the standards of sanitation throughout the site as were our own environmental health monitoring team. The toilet numbers are calculated well in excess of the recommended guidelines and should be serviced regularly by dedicated toilet service attendants.
In addition to this, I am sorry to hear of any damage caused however, I am afraid that we are unable to accept liability for damage done as our ticket terms and conditions state that we cannot accept liability for losses or damages onsite at Electric Picnic.
I do hope your experiences did not impede your enjoyment of the festival as a whole. Thank you very much for taking the time to bring these matters to our attention, it is very much appreciated as the safety and comfort of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. We do hope you will join us again in the future.
Kindest regards,
Ali Hilley.
So guys, this is the email I received this evening! My name is not Denise btw! I can only post an update every 24 hours so when that time lapses I will copy and paste my response to them!
