We have added PR to the petition

Hi everyone. First, thank you all for signing and sharing this petition. We have almost 50,000 signatures. Second, I wanted to let you know we have added PR to the request for a cheaper shipping rate. They are in the same boat, and it seemed unnecessary that a new petition should be made just for them.
