There are more grandparents out there raising their grandchild and they need more rights and help with the support of their grandchild or children. Foster care gets support so why can't the grandparent doing it get more help. Grandparents need more rights they are supporting their grown child and then their children due to the drug problem we have in the USA. Please help us out.
