123notary was once a wonderful site for many notaries to post our free (and some paid) profiles to advertise our businesses and to gain clientele. In recent months, the owner Jeremy has become very unruly and performing very unethical practices ranging from:

• Racial remarks.
• Removing profiles from the site without properly notifying the profile owner.
• Making phone calls to profile owners beyond normal business hours, asking inappropriate questions and making inappropriate remarks.
• Forcing profile owners to spend money on reactivating profiles.
• Removing paying profile holders profiles before renewal.
