re wrote petition

Hi I have rewritten the petition,as a lot of people where confused about the issues ,as its a bit complicated,so a few hints from a writer to help me explain it a bit easier, I also want to thank everyone who has signed and shared,and have got there friends to share and sign,but so far Allianz are still in deniel,as they claim they originally paid the full amount ,but refuse to have me pay to get it looked at by 2 arbitrators,to prove they never,also if what I say is not true they would challenge my allegations,also on ACA the other night ,there was a story again about there shonky dealings,from a man who actually was a insurance broker and sold there policies,ALLIANZ are on notice So can I ask you all to share this petition again ,please,and thanks all for your help,as we need it STEPHEN QUINTANO
