Casey's Law gives parents, relatives or friends a tool to get treatment for their loved one who suffers from the disease of Addiction.  It allows parents, relatives or friends to intervene on a loved one regardless of age and without any criminal charges.  This law allows a family member or friend to petition the for court-ordered treatment for their loved one’s Addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs. Casey's Law is currently in Kentucky and Ohio. We believe its needed in every State to help our loved ones. Charlotte Wethington wishes to get this passed at the federal level and she needs your help. She has recieved calls and/or emails from families in nearly 20 States asking how to get this Law in place. We have an Epidemic going on throughout the country and we need every tool available to save our loved ones. Please sign the petition and Pass it on.
