Monat launched in October 2014, but before that, we found Monat Founders were claiming that Monat was FDA approved. When that lie got called out the then had FDA approved facilities. Over and over in the last four years, Market Partners and Monat have used the FDA claims to sell their products. This claim was made in September 2014, one month before Monat was officially for sale in the United States. They have used being an MLM as a way to skirt the laws of this country. If the FDA does not step in and hold Monat accountable for their actions other MLM companies will try the same trick.

So, FDA, so that being FDA approved still means something in the future, it is time to hold Monat accountable for this false statement!
