Mes Que Un Club

More than a club! That’s the motto of a football club beloved by millions of people around the world. Within the ranks of FC Barcelona fans are Europeans, Africans, Americans, Asians and even some "Madrid dwellers”. Within our ranks you will find Christians, Jews, Muslims and even some Ricky Gervais type. We love the club, the culture it represents, and of course the amazing football it displays.

A club that has such a diverse fanship cannot pride itself for having such prejudiced requirements for membership. It is extremely hypocritical of FC Barcelona that day and again on the FCB website we are reminded of how many "likes" and "followers" the club has on social media, yet is Catalan exclusive if you wish to be a part of it. We are expected to show all the loyalty, all the love, and suffer all the pain, yet we are not allowed to sit amongst you in the stands.

We understand what FCB means to the Catalan culture, it is the Catalan source of pride and joy, what we want to remind you is that it is also a source of hope and happiness for millions around the world, and those millions want to be part of the FCB family. So please, we the million internationals urge FC Barcelona to loosen the membership restrictions for International Fans.
