In October 2018 Specialized Real Estate Group (SREG), the face of the anonymous money behind the mysterious purchase of the Markham Hill property, convinced the City of Fayetteville to rezone the 144 acres for their 520 living units (homes), hotel, etc. under the pretext of providing affordable housing, conservation development, and so on. They then started on Phase 1, deforesting the first 3-4 acres on Markham Rd heading up the hill. Conservation how?

The Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette on Sunday Oct 10, 2021 contains ads for the first two houses they are building there. One for $747,900 and the other for $898,900.  Affordable for whom?
