Before the next Fayetteville City Planning Commission meeting on January 13, 2020 about Phase 1 of the Markham Hill destruction by the developer SREG, would each person who signed this petition do the following?
Talk to five Fayetteville residents (or others who care about Fayetteville's last urban forest and its wildlife, history, and Native American archeology) who don't yet know much about Markham Hill and tell them about our effort to save this mountain from development. If they would like to help, ask each one to:
(1) sign our 'Save Markham Hill' petition on change.org,
(2) email Jeremy Hudson, the CEO of Specialized Real Estate Group, to please be willing to sell the entire Markham Hill property to a conservationist who will preserve it all (jeremy@specializedreg.com and info@specializedreg.com), and
(3) ask five more people to do the same.
We want to keep informing Fayetteville residents and others about the upcoming destruction of this historic and archeologically-rich urban forest and natural habitat inside Fayetteville. Fayetteville's 'Central Park'. We want to rescue and protect this land for Fayetteville now and for the future.
Thank you!
