I am going to get advice from someone in Fayetteville whose neighborhood prevented the rezoning in their area. What are the best arguments to use? What does the City Council consider are good reasons not to rezone?

Also, we must each understand and be able to explain why keeping the existing zoning is the best. We need not be intimidated by Seth's wonderful sounding promises to the City. We know that he can't be trusted.

You can park at the Karas house (1666) across the street or next door at my brother's house (1641) if there is no more space at my house.
