Couincil Overtly and Unfairly Supports the Vested Interest of the OTB's

The Open Top Bus Operator is a vested interested and the City Council Overtly and Unfairly lends itself to a supply of favoritism to his cause  thus providing the buses with all the commercially viable and customer facing trading positions. In addition by providing for us a commercially non viable trading position the Council are thus unfairly seeking to force the train business into some kind of supply arrangement for customers from the OTB Operator which is unworkable for an independent business. In any event the contract does not provide them with any provision to be acting in such a way. Yet the Chairman of the Tourism Strategic Policy Committee in the Council was instructing me to progress in that way.
