My name is Laila and I am an 11 year old girl who is obsessed with basketball. Some of my favorite players are Brittney Griner, Elena Della Donne, Natasha Cloud, Candance Parker, Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Robert Covington. I live in Philadelphia, and while my family and I love the 76ers, we would love to have a WNBA team in my city to root for. Philadelphia is full of young basketball fans who might also love to have the chance to watch the best female basketball players compete. Please help us convince the WNBA to bring a team to Philadelphia.
