A message from Phyllis on her daughter's 59th birthday.

Today is my beautiful daughter's Birthday. It's below zero as it was when she was born. Another year has gone by with no resolution on her case. We are always waiting and hoping for it to be solved. I ask everyone to petition the Health Department of N.Y. for an exemption to use Othrum Labs out of Texas. They have the latest testing on DNA and are used by many states with great success. They are not licensed by New York but could get an exemption. I think 39 years of waiting is long enough. Please have a sympathetic heart for Kristin and our family.
