Update! I have now been informed that i am my brothers emergency contact and at this time after a month of contacting the Metropolitan detention center i have been informed my brother is under a doctor's care but in restriction, unable to contact us but is now doing much better but if I'm his emergency contact why was it not an emergency to contact me in regards to what is going on when he was doing bad,  what does the Metropolitan detention center consider an emergency, death? Because death is after an emergency.  Please share to get someone to change their protocols in regards to families getting timely information, before death occurs.
