Virginia has determined that Arvis should come off of the registry. What most people don't know is that each state reserves the right to put a person back on the registry even if you only visit that state. Until his and the other men's convictions are reviewed and reversed, they will still be under threat of being registered. Their convictions show up on background checks and their lives are harmed in ways that most people can not imagine. 

More importantly, Erik and Rick are still in jail and they need to be set free now.
