Over the last week I have made several trips to the township building to deliver request to see documentation, Under the right to know act. Falls township has denied a copy of the original complaint. Now I know what the complaint says because Jim (zoning guy) brought it to my house to show me it on one of his many visits to my home since September. Now if he hadn’t done that I would have no clue what the complaint said. I also requested when this original ordinance went into place. Request again denied.
