Notify the elected officials

The American government is obviously guilty of and must log off of my name at darpa. The elected officials must be held accountable for the voice to skull of this targeted individual. It's illegal and cant be allowed. I'm sure that the government cant harm and cant kill. Darpa must be investigated for this.
