I am tired of the destruction of interpretation of historical names and monuments in our great country. Jeb Stuart was probably one of the most cavalry generals of the American Civil War. Not to mention not one of the more controversial Southern Generals of the War. For his name to be taken off this high school it will affect historical memory and how the greatest struggle in our country's history defined us and who we have grown up as a nation to become. You can help to save the memory of one of our country's most crucial wars and periods by deciding to keep the name of an important Cavalry General of the CW alive so the remembrance of the war which united our country and made us a great nation is kept alive.
