We appreciate your concern that this debate was booked on National Indigenous People's Day and your effort to help draw attention to this issue. In future years we will be more cognizant of the date.

In addition to a territorial acknowledgement, Jim will be acknowledging the day at the beginning of the event. We have put out a statement recognizing the day. Again, we thank you for drawing this to our attention and we will strive to be more aware in the future.
