🇬🇧 Update: Official Documents Published to Support Transparency

 

Dear supporters,

 

As part of my commitment to transparency and accountability, I have published two official documents related to my administrative procedure in Germany.

 

These documents include:

 

• An official invitation from the Berlin Immigration Office (Landesamt für Einwanderung) dated 15 July 2025 regarding an appointment on 17 July 2025.

 

• An official decision dated 17 July 2025 concerning my residence permit application and my administrative situation.

 

I am sharing these documents because I believe that transparent procedures, clear communication, legal certainty, and fair treatment are essential elements of a society based on the rule of law.

 

This update is not intended to attack any individual or institution. Its purpose is to document the timeline of my case and to explain why I continue to advocate for:

 

• Transparency in administrative procedures

• Equal treatment

• Fair and understandable communication

• Legal certainty

• Respect for human dignity

 

My personal situation is only one example of why transparent and fair procedures matter for everyone who interacts with public institutions.

🇩🇪 Update: Veröffentlichung offizieller Dokumente für mehr Transparenz und Verantwortlichkeit

 

Liebe Unterstützerinnen und Unterstützer,

 

Im Rahmen meines Engagements für Transparenz und Verantwortlichkeit habe ich zwei offizielle Dokumente zu meinem Verwaltungsverfahren in Deutschland veröffentlicht.

 

Diese Dokumente umfassen:

 

• Eine offizielle Einladung des Landesamtes für Einwanderung vom 15. Juli 2025 zu einem Termin am 17. Juli 2025.

 

• Einen offiziellen Bescheid vom 17. Juli 2025 zu meinem Antrag auf eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis und meiner aufenthaltsrechtlichen Situation.

 

Ich veröffentliche diese Dokumente, weil ich überzeugt bin, dass transparente Verfahren, klare Kommunikation, Rechtssicherheit und faire Behandlung grundlegende Elemente eines Rechtsstaates sind.

 

Dieses Update dient nicht dazu, einzelne Personen oder Institutionen anzugreifen. Es dient dazu, den zeitlichen Ablauf meines Verfahrens zu dokumentieren und zu erklären, warum ich weiterhin für folgende Prinzipien eintrete:

 

• Transparenz in Verwaltungsverfahren

• Gleichbehandlung

• Klare und verständliche Kommunikation

• Rechtssicherheit

• Respekt vor der Menschenwürde

 

Meine persönliche Situation ist nur ein Beispiel dafür, warum transparente und faire Verfahren für alle Menschen wichtig sind, die mit öffentlichen Institutionen in Kontakt stehen.

🇦🇱 Përditësim: Publikimi i dokumenteve zyrtare për transparencë dhe përgjegjësi

 

Të dashur mbështetës,

 

Si pjesë e angazhimit tim për transparencë dhe përgjegjësi, kam publikuar dy dokumente zyrtare që lidhen me procedurën time administrative në Gjermani.

 

Këto dokumente përfshijnë:

 

• Një ftesë zyrtare nga Landesamt für Einwanderung në Berlin, e datës 15 korrik 2025, për një takim më 17 korrik 2025.

 

• Një vendim zyrtar të datës 17 korrik 2025 lidhur me kërkesën time për leje qëndrimi dhe situatën time administrative.

 

Po i publikoj këto dokumente sepse besoj se procedurat transparente, komunikimi i qartë, siguria juridike dhe trajtimi i drejtë janë elemente themelore të një shteti të së drejtës.

 

Ky përditësim nuk ka për qëllim të sulmojë individë apo institucione. Qëllimi i tij është të dokumentojë kronologjinë e rastit tim dhe të shpjegojë pse vazhdoj të mbroj këto parime:

 

• Transparencë në procedurat administrative

• Trajtim të barabartë

• Komunikim të qartë dhe të kuptueshëm

• Siguri juridike

• Respekt për dinjitetin njerëzor

 

Situata ime personale është vetëm një shembull pse procedurat transparente dhe të drejta kanë rëndësi për çdo person që përballet me institucione publike.

 

Faleminderit të gjithë atyre që mbështesin parimet e kësaj fushate.

 

Çdo nënshkrim dhe çdo shpërndarje përfaqëson mbështetje për drejtësi, transparencë, përgjegjësi dhe dinjitet njerëzor.
