Social media is a tool right wing media loves to use

Alot of media on social platforms come from right wing media because they know that they can pay Facebook, Instagram, twitter, YouTube and TikTok off and post opinion based news that has hardly no facts to it and people by into because of fear mongering and those are the people who are to lazy and ignorant to fact check the information being given, social media platforms did end up having fact checks on COVID-19 and yet they have failed to have fact check disclaimers when it comes to the LGBTQ community, which is bad considering that most people on social media get the majority of there information from social media platforms and since that is the case these platforms should definitely check false information against the LGBTQ community because of the violence and discrimination we face and these platforms should be held accountable for this and should be fined for not doing anything about false information that goes around against the LGBTQ community.
