Disinformation around the LGBTQ community

Disinformation is nothing new when it comes to the LGBTQ community in the 1930s they used radio to spread fear mongering and hate today the internet is used to spread fear and disinformation, right wing media is majorally responsible for this from claiming that they're putting stuff in the water to turn child queer to suggesting that liberals are using the school system to endorse transgenderism and also make false claims that the LGBTQ community is going to add a P in the initials to support pedophilia which is completely false because the LGBTQ community doesn't support pedophilia and there isn't anything being put in the water to turn children queer and the public school system is trying to turn children transgender, gender dysphoria can be discovered when kids are old enough to start speaking pediatricians and doctors have both discovered that a child is capable of deciding what gender they identify as and kids shouldn't be told that there wrong for feeling this way because no amount of conversation therapy is going to cure a child of gender dysphoria or from being gay because what is known about conversation therapy is that it increases the risk of suicide, drug use, depression, anxiety and homelessness yet many right wing conservatives choose conversation therapy even though the practices aren't recommended by doctors or mental health professionals.
