Edited letter to ask for specific profile changes from FB/Twitter

Hi, I've edited the letter to ask FB & Twitter to allow users to show easily on their profiles that they're not interested in being contacted by MLM reps. I've also asked that any reps who break this rule have their accounts suspended. Let's keep signing and sharing!
