Teens break dog’s legs and set him on fire and the dog fortunately survived and the teens only got a 12 month referral order. That is absolutely nothing. A referral isn't anything. These teens need more then that. The kids were under the influence of drugs which doesn't make it any better. I understand that they are young but it's not fair to the owners of the dog. Those teens could possibly do something aging under the influence of drugs. And yes people have done worse and those people don't get what they deserves. I'm hoping this is the beginning of a long term thing, meaning if those teens get what they deserves then that possible that can make other people understand the importance of this matter.

This problem needs to be solved by getting enough people to see this and haveing you share with others so they could possibly donate. And meet a fair amount so people can see this and get those teens into the trouble they deserve.
