There is an Instagram account, @skhwt09334621437, which has graphic content of men burning, hanging, beating and even killing dogs for the fun of it. The people laugh on the video and just do horrible things that no animal deserves.  

This account should be taken down immediately and with your help, it’s possible! Please sign the petition so that I can forward this on to Instagram. I am looking for 250,000 signatures but... the more, the better. 

Again, please help to remove this sick man from Instagram.
