The problem is that we have misuse of social media more especially Facebook live in our community.  Individuals in our community but  let me zero down to one in particular Isaac Katerega who uses his Facebook account to degrade, dehumanize, marginalize, belittle women in our community through use of  abusive language, vulgar, bigotry. He describes their body parts, undresses in public on social media and describe private parts of women who are mothers in community. He continues to throw insults of women body parts on social media especially on Facebook live and makes derogatory statements about them. He describe them sometimes in sexually suggestive manners that live nothing to imaginations. The law enforcement cannot do anything because they say these videos cannot be used because of the way they are obtained but these acts have been going on and on, despite several attempts to tell him to stop he keeps doing the same thing, saying no one can do anything to him. We alerted Facebook have not gotten any feedback yet but we need help to sign this petition  and put some laws in place for such misuse, so that these women who have been belittled by such and others at large  feeling marginalized in other communities can  use the laws to help stop this inhumane treatment they are  being subjected upon. These videos circulate and taint families, mothers, women  who have been described in such videos hence affecting households and families especially children, grand children and in-laws.  We desperately need you help to stop this unwarranted behavior in our community.
