Sadly, this CEO who kicked a puppy has more common sense than Facebook (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/09/02/ceo-seen-kicking-pals-puppy-in-elevator-resigns-report-say/). I have seen Facebook say that videos like this do not violate their own TOS, despite that said TOS disallow "[v]iolence [and/]or harmful behavior".
