Why didn't people report the "Facebook user [whom was]...sharing screenshots of the photos and video on Facebook, and urg[ing] others to call Naval Hospital Jacksonville and report the incident"? Why didn't he or she report the incident to the Navy in the first place instead of using Facebook for a publicity stunt in the name of caring about infant and patient welfare? As I stated, Facebook users don't trust Facebook to enforce its own TOS. If they did, they would've reported the publicity seeker to Facebook.
