Namely, Facebook should've had to remove the post, which clearly fits the definition of a "credible threat of violence." Leaving the same guy whom really isn't sorry for his threat (which he called "an 'awkward attempt at humor or satire'") to remove the post would only encourage him to post threats like that again unless he were imprisoned and thus not allowed to use Facebook. In other words, it shouldn't have gotten to the point where Martin Shkreli was trusted to remove a post for which he isn't really sorry.
