As reporters, analysts, loved ones of the Orlando terror attack victims, and everyone else are asking, what if Facebook had enforced their own TOS and stopped a dangerous man from taking 49 lives and wounding 53 other people? Shouldn't multiple "credible threat[s] of violence" raise alarm bells, since even one "credible threat of violence" violates the Facebook TOS?
