Ayden brown passed away from childhood cancer on Friday November 3, 2017. Throughout his journey his mother fought to raise awareness and fight to assist families who were also affected by childhood cancer gain access to resources to enable families to fight together. While sharing videos to get the word out about limited funding, ineffective treatment, and no viable cure Lindsey has been met with resistance and interference by Facebook who is clearing censoring her right as a mother and advocate to speak on behalf of her own experience. Facebook is prohibiting her efforts to continue to fight for her son Ayden Brown and the countless kids who will be affected and die of childhood cancer if something is not done to change current practices and push for a cure. Families will go without if there are not resources available to aid them at such a vulnerable and critical time. Lindsey has a platform and has a right to fight for something that has greatly impacted her life and taken the life of her child. As concerned and invested citizens and followers we have a right to be informed and make our own decisions on when we stop watching. We respectfully request that Facebook immediately cease censorship of Lindsey Licari’s Facebook page and allow his army to continue to fight! He may have passed away but his voice still needs to be heard through his mother.
