The book community has grown with the help of social media. I will keep this short and simple by stating that, if you are here, then you understand the struggle some people are having with sharing what they love on Facebook. Groups, individuals, review pages, even authors are being put in 'Facebook Jail' for promoting books/authors. It is clear that, with such a large community, a site dedicated entirely to the book community would benefit everyone. Yes, we have Goodreads and Google+, but put your hand up if you agree that these sites are not as 'user-friendly' as the Facebook platform.

If you agree, sign the petition and share this, and let's see what we can do. Before Facebook was Facebook it was just a concept, so there is hope for a better social media home for the book community.
