Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared this petition so far. Your support is helping bring attention to this issue.

As a next step, I have submitted a request to the Town Administrator and Town Clerk asking that this matter be placed on the agenda for the next Sperry Town Board meeting.

My hope is that the Board of Trustees will consider passing a resolution requesting that the United States Postal Service reexamine the current delivery routes serving the Town of Sperry. A formal resolution from the town would carry significantly more weight when contacting the USPS District Office to request a delivery route evaluation.

If adopted, the resolution would allow the town to formally ask USPS to review whether home delivery could be expanded to serve additional residences within our community.

I will continue to keep everyone updated as this process moves forward. In the meantime, please continue sharing the petition so we can demonstrate strong community support for a review of Sperry’s mail delivery routes.
