Prematurity Bill to be Debated by MPs

The second reading of Steve Reed MPs Prematurity Bill, for parents of babies born too soon, will now be read on 24th March 2017. Delaying the second reading, originally planned to be debated tomorrow (16 Dec), will give the Bill more chance of being heard. Planned now to be read just days before Mothers Day 2017 there is greater chance of success for our campaign to extend maternity and paternity leave for families affected by premature birth.
