To everyone who has supported this campaign — thank you.

This fight has taken time. In fact, it has taken four long years.

Last September we took decisive legal action and filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY). That step forced movement where there had previously been delay and obstruction.

Since then, the trademark process has finally begun to move.

As we enter the new year, we now expect several historic American soccer trademarks to be finalised and registered within the next month, including:

• National Soccer League
• Los Angeles Aztecs
• Washington Diplomats
• Chicago Sting
• Boston Minutemen

For years these names have sat in limbo. Now they are finally moving toward registration.

These clubs are not just brands. They are part of football history — teams that once carried the spirit of the game across America.

With the trademarks nearing completion, we are now preparing the next stage.

Through Football Is For The Fans, we intend to bring these historic clubs back to life with a modern, supporter-driven model that puts fans back at the centre of the game.

Your support helped keep this campaign alive during the years of waiting. Every signature and message helped show that people still care about football’s heritage.

Now the real work begins.

Thank you for standing with us.

More updates soon.

Scott
